Charcuterie

  1. Plate all the components as you wish

  2. Warm the ciabatta in a pre-heated 200 degree oven for approximately 5 minutes prior to serving

 

Ham & Parsley Terrine

  1. Plate all components as you wish

  2. Heat baguette in pre-heated 200 degree oven for 5 minutes

 

Foie Gras

Serve chilled or slightly warm

For warm Fois Gras:
Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 5-6minutes

Milk Bread:
Heat at 180 degrees for 5 minutes before serving for a light and fluffy texture

 

Pipe Clay Oysters Mignonette

  1. Arrange salt on your serving plate

  2. Remove the top shell and arrange oysters as you wish onto salt

  3. Spoon desired amount of mignonette over each oyster

 

Gougère

  1. Place Gougères on lined oven baking tray

  2. Heat in a 170 degree pre-heated oven for 8 minutes

  3. Plate as you desire and serve
